The big gîte

You are renting the main house of the old farm, which has around 110 m² of living space and is therefore very spacious.
3 large rooms, all 3 of which can be used as bedrooms, a large, well-equipped 25 m² kitchen, 2 parking spaces, large south-facing courtyard with terrace. The flat sleeps 6 people. One bedroom (approx. 25 m²) has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, the third bedroom can be used as a living room and here there is a single bed and a sofa bed. All three bedrooms are equipped with a workstation and internet access.
High energy efficiency thanks to new pellet central heating and good insulation, so the flat is also warm in winter. Hot water is heated using solar energy.
The farm is located in a secluded valley, just 1 km from the Puydarrieux reservoir. You can fish here or visit in winter to watch migratory birds.
The Castelnau Magnoac lake (with swimming facilities) is 8 km away.
There is a WiFi connection throughout the house.
